Following the news that Wescover.com has stopped accepting payments from customers for items sold via their marketplace, I just wanted to write a quick post to reassure our customers. I do, for now, still have a profile page over there and you can still message me over there, via social media or here via my contact page should you wish to. I have sold quite a lot of artwork over on their marketplace over the last few years, but we are not connected in any way other than that, and my business is still trading as normal. Orders already placed over there for commissions that are not yet complete will be finished and sent out to customers in the same way I always would, and Wescover's decision to change their business model will not impact the luxury ceramic art and fabulous customer service our customers quite rightly expect. If you'd like to place an order moving forward, please feel free to do so via my website or etsy shop, both of which are operating as normal. I'll be sad to see their marketplace go as there were some great makers over there, but things change in life and we adapt or die! I wish all the Wescover team and their makers well and hope none are too badly affected by the change. 🤍
