How quickly will my order ship?
If your artwork of choice doesn’t state “made to order” in the title, then it will ship within 1-3 working days. If your artwork of choice does state “Made to order” please allow 4-8 weeks for the piece to be created. Get in touch if you would like an accurate estimate of delivery time on any custom order. If you have a tight deadline and need an artwork sooner, please get in touch as we may have some pieces in stock or in production. If we can help, we will!
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns on ready to ship artworks within 14 days of receiving the artwork. Please contact me to discuss. Anything custom made is non-refundable. For all terms and conditions please see here.
Can artworks be finished in custom colours?
Yes, we can source from a huge range of colour finishes including RAL, Pantone and Farrow & Ball so if there is a specific colour would like the sculpture finishing in, get in touch with the colour code and to discuss your project.
Do you offer colour samples?
Colour samples are available upon request, please get in touch if you would like more information. We have a range of standard colours and can also create work in a wide range of bespoke colours.
Do you offer full size installation templates?
Yes, we can create a full-size paper template and ship this with your artwork. With this, you or your fitter will be able to hang the template and see exactly where the pieces should go, designed to make installation as smooth as possible.
How does the work fix to the wall?
Most pieces require one or two nails or screws into your wall and are straightforward to install. We'll supply detailed fitting instructions with your order.
Do you ship worldwide and is it free?
Yes, we ship worldwide, and standard shipping is included free of charge. Please see here for a full list of countries that we ship to. If you would like to expedite your order, let us know and we can arrange DHL Express shipping. Depending on the size and weight of your order, a fee will apply for this shipping method.
We find that in certain countries, for example UAE, customers prefer DHL, because they say it is better than their local postal service. In this instance, please get in touch for a shipping quote.

What are the measurements of a ceramic butterfly?
We have two sizes available, both standard and larger ones that can be made to order. A standard butterfly measures 2.5” across the wingspan and 2.5" from top to bottom. As for the slightly larger butterfly, it measures 2.75” across the wingspan and 3.25 from the top to bottom.
Do you create custom artwork?
Yes, much of my work is commissioned pieces. I am happy to take a look at your dimensions and advise accordingly to your wall space, and then create a custom artwork for your space.
