Blossom Petal Wall Art: Dark Olive and Sage Green, Pink & Gold Porcelain Ceramic Wall Sculpture (48) MADE TO ORDER

Titled "The Softness," this original ceramic wall sculpture artwork comprises 48 handcrafted porcelain petals. When I think of blossom in spring, I think of gentle breeze blowing sweet smelling, delicate petals that dance in the air and lightly touch whatever is in their path. That’s the feeling that this wall art will create in your interior; pretty and ethereal, gentle and soft. They're elevated from the wall surface by golden feet, enhancing the floaty feel of the pieces.
This artwork is perfect for spaces where you need oversized wall art, such as bedrooms as over bed art, living rooms, entryways, larger bathrooms (provided they won't get wet) and even commercial spaces.

Each petal was formed by hand from beautiful high-fired porcelain finished in muted pink, metallic gold and two green tones, a super dark khaki olive and a lighter soft sage colour. The subtle, modern shades are remarkably versatile and quietly work in a range of interior palettes.
The simple, minimal forms bring an elegant, romantic feel to a space and they can be arranged in a variety of ways to suit even tricky rooms. Because each one is made by hand in my UK studio, each piece is unique.

Each piece measures approx 5-6cm (approx 2.3 inches) and they stand on golden feet approx 3-4 cm (around 1-1.5 inch) from the wall. Arranged as pictured in the first two images, this set takes up a space approximately 200cm wide (approx 79 inches) and 60cm high (24 inches). Of course, they could be stretched wider, turned on their side to be tall and narrow, or condensed to a more square, spiral or circular arrangement.

If you'd like to arrange them yourself, I recommend cutting pieces of paper to the same sizes as the petals and using poster putty to arrange them before installing the artwork permanently. This lets you experiment with the arrangement, and take a step back to make sure you get them in positions you are happy with before you add your hardware.

Each wall petal sculpture requires one screw and a wall plug if this is necessary in your wall type.
Every one is made by hand here in the studio, and they are sculpted individually, so no two are identical.
