Adorn your walls with this unique artwork, handmade in my studio.
Designed as 3 dimensional wall art, this extra large group of my "Flora" wall sculptures can be arranged to fit any space, and is like jewellery for your walls. Arranged as pictured in the image with the grey background, the group measures about 5ft in length x 20 inches height, whilst the individual diameters range between 2 - 7.5 inches. All the pieces were formed from beautiful high-fired white porcelain, so they're great art for kitchens and bathrooms as well as living spaces and bedroom art. The work is flexible so you can arrange it in any way that suits your space. Inspired by natural forms such as peony flowers and lichen, they bring a layered, organic textural feel to a space. Because each one is made in my hands, each piece is unique. They are finished with a stitch of golden wire, to add contrast and make them unique.
It's really easy and fun to arrange the set. If you are unsure of how to position them, then I recommend cutting circles of paper to the same sizes as the flowers and using blu tack to arrange them before installing the work permanently. This lets you play around with the arrangement, and take a step back to make sure you get them in positions you are happy with. Alternatively, get in touch to ask about our design service. Each piece has one or two keyhole style fittings or similar, making them super easy to hang.
Porcelain has a beautiful translucent quality shown in the image taken from the side - some of the light shines through.
